History in Service :        Initially used in service on Leigh Creek coal trains until 1956, then used in general traffic on the narrow gauge.  47 were latter converted to broad gauge and then onto standard gauge. Drawings of this wagon show pressed sides, but many are not as shown in the drawings, there being many small variations in the three builds. Converted wagons are 10001-10007, 10011-10016, 10018, 10022-10024, 10026-10029, 10033-10046, 10048, 10050-10060.
