History in Service : These wagons were converted in 1965 from C cattle cars and therefore were 36’ in length. These flat cars were further modified for several jobs during their life. High speed bogies have replaced the arch bar design (FCS) and some have had brackets added so that they can hold the standard ISO containers (FCC).
